Directions from I-64 West (coming from Lexington):   Take Exit 58.  Turn right onto U.S. Hwy. 60.  Follow signs to Civic Center.  Turn left onto Clinton Street.  Park in the parking garage to your right (the YMCA parking garage) at no charge, or there is one-hour parking on the street.  The Office of Administrative Hearings (35-36 Fountain Place) is located in a fountain plaza shopping area between the Capital Plaza Hotel and the Frankfort Civic Center and adjacent to the Capital Plaza Tower.

Directions from I-64 East (coming from Louisville):  Take Exit 53.  Turn left onto U.S. Hwy. 127 to Wilkinson Blvd.  After you go over the bridge, you will see the Capital Plaza Hotel (located on Wilkinson Blvd.) in front of you to your left.  Go straight through the light onto Clinton Street.  Park in the parking garage to your right (the YMCA parking garage) at no charge, or there is one-hour parking on the street.  The Office of Administrative Hearings (35-36 Fountain Place) is located in a fountain plaza shopping area between the Capital Plaza Hotel and the Frankfort Civic Center and adjacent to the Capital Plaza Tower.
