Case Search

The Office of Administrative Hearings has created a search engine that provides access to all Final Orders of the secretary from November 1999 to the present.

This page allows you to search the OAH Web site to find cases by prefix or file number. It does not include cases resolved by mutual agreement of the parties or coal mining penalty assessment cases where no formal hearing was held. The date of signature and entry is noted in the secretary's signature line as: //S// [date].

While we have attempted to provide an accurate and complete copy of all Final Orders, we make no warranty or assurance of accuracy or completeness. These Final Orders can be viewed in WORD or PDF format. All original orders can be reviewed and copies may be obtained from the Office of Administrative Hearings by calling (502) 564-7312, or by submitting a Request to Inspect Public Records form.

If you are not sure about the file number, you can search using the first few characters in the file number or you may also search by prefix.
